Written by I think a 1-year-old’s birthday party has got to be one of the most exhausting things in the world…especially when the 1-year-old doesn’t go to bed until midnight the night before, wakes up at 1:30, wakes up from 4:00 to 5:15, and then decides to get up for the day around 8:00. But who can possibly be too exhausted for a good, old-fashioned cake smash?
Cadence still kept things relatively tidy (that anal gene she must have inherited from her father), but we did manage to get some great photos of her puttin’ a hurtin’ on her snare drum birthday cake (complete with pretzel drumsticks).
